Exchange Policy

Every now and then a customer may not be completely satisfied with the fit of their bracelet. This could be because of a small error on the wrist measurement provided or because the customer may just prefer a slightly looser or tighter fit than most people. Regardless, not to worry. If this happens with your bracelet, just contact us so that we may work out an exchange. We'll ask you to mail back your bracelet and we'll also send you a $5 PayPal payment request to cover the cost of re-shipping your new bracelet.

General Warranty

Our products use the highest quality genuine leather and other materials. If good care is taken of them, they will last a long time. However, if you wear genuine leather 24 hours a day including into showers, baths, swimming etc. then its lifespan will be proportionally shortened. Please don't wear your bracelet into the ocean as salt water will not be kind on the leather.

We guarantee your item for 30 days from the date of shipment for initial defects and will exchange it completely free of charge. Any repairs performed after this 30 day period will incur a minimum $10 charge for repairs plus $3.90 for shipping.

General Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your bracelet, please contact us within 14 days of the order's shipment date. The item(s) must not be worn or altered. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at our address. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email to make a Return Authorization request. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at our discretion.

Returns from the U.S.

Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with other services than USPS will incur brokerage fees which may be deducted from your return at our discretion. All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mentioned on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to us and may incur additional fees.

International Returns

All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that don't have this mentioned on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.
